Placing your order with Lapel Pins World Wide constitutes an agreement that we are authorized to use the trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We assume no liability in trademark, patent or copyright disputes. All logos, names and trademarks shown in printed materials as well as our website are not intended for resale and do not imply endorsements by the company represented.

We reserve the right to use graphics of the pins for promotional advertisement on web-site and other promotional materials, unless notified in writing by our customers at the time the order is placed.

Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to your order after artwork has already been approved and production has started are subject to all costs incurred at the time of cancellation. All sales are final after artwork approval and no refunds or exchanges will be issued after approval and production.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.

Molds
All lapel pin molds stay on file for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Shipping
We guarantee our products to be made on time. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to Fed-Ex UPS or DHL,.(for example: Acts of God, weather, customs, or airplane/truck mechanical problems). All of our packages must be signed for. If you miss delivery call 1-800-Go-FEDEX (for Fed Ex) 1-800-PICK-UPS (for Ups) or 1-800-CALL-DHL (for Dhl). We will provide a tracking number and the courier we used to ship the pins.
