An image of your design is printed onto the surface of the metal, using a photographic negative.

How they are made

From an artwork or file, a film is created for each one of the printed colors, and a printing plate is produced with every film. Then one color at a time is printed with the corresponding design, and after printing every color, it´s dried in an oven before printing another one. After the printing process, the custom design shape is cut from a metal board.
You may choose to have an epoxy covering added to the pin to give it a glossy shine and keep the colors from fading or cracking over time.
